With nearly thirty years of experience in nine countries around the world, we have seen how water changes everything.

Access to water fuels health, hope, education, optimism, and prosperity. It boosts opportunities for everyone, especially women and girls. Children stay in school longer. Fewer people die of illnesses caused by contaminated water. Increased education and improved health bring economic prosperity to entire regions. Families have more time to work, play, and simply spend together.

The Innovation

The Everyone Forever model ensures every family, clinic, and school in the districts where we work, has reliable water and sanitation services forever. We convene entrepreneurs, communities, and governments to develop water and sanitation services. This district-wide approach ensures total coverage: all families, schools and health clinics benefit from service that lasts. Sustainability is a key outcome. Local teams are trained in operations and maintenance, the districts are capable of managing their water systems without ongoing aid.

Key pillars of the model include:

CAPACITY-BUILDING & TRAINING: Ensuring that when something breaks someone can fix it. We train governments and communities on operations, maintenance and water resource management.

CO-FINANCE: Local governments and communities invest alongside us. Everyone pays and has ownership of water services.

MONITORING & EVALUATION: We monitor service levels and sustainability annually, while training partners to eventually monitor themselves. This enables data-driven decision-making.

MARKET-BASED APPROACHES: We work closely with entrepreneurs to provide sanitation services and to operate and maintain water services.
